By purchasing spray paint on this website, you are agreeing to being over 18 years of age and not committing any unlawful acts as put forth by your state.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. In the case that a color you have selected is currently sold out, it will be replaced by the closest color available.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

 

How To Return An Item

If you wish to return item(s), then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken, and, in the case of clothing, with all original tags and labels attached. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 14 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt. We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. Please contact us BEFORE returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item(s), then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us before we issue replacements.Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These XXX, artwork, and video games. Please note that these sales are final.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

 

SprATX – Reward System

The loyalty system may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. SprATX points are not transferable to a third party SprATX points can only be used for purchases at www.spratx.com. One SprATX point is earned for each XXX one purchase. SprATX points cannot be earned from the postage and/or packaging part of your order. If your SprATX point balance is zero, you cannot use the points generated by an order for a discount on the same order. Please note that SprATX ponts cannot be applied to a trade account.

These estimated delivery dates do not apply in situations where we have not been provided with a complete delivery address. If any information is missing, a delay will occur and we will not be accountable for this.

Your delivery date can also be affected by asking us to add to, or amend an order after it has been placed.

 

Late Shipments

The delivery dates which are provided at checkout are merely estimates and do not allow for delays which can occur after the order has left our warehouse (which are beyond our control).

If you haven’t received your order on the estimated delivery date and you don’t know why, please track your order using the tracking number you have been provided with.

If your order confirmation email / tracking information haven’t arrived in your email inbox, please check your junk mail folder for this.

 

Shipping Aerosols

Due to the pressurized and flammable nature of the cans, aerosols are classed as dangerous goods for transportation purposes and are prohibited from the shipping/courier network.

We therefore have to send all orders which contain spray paint via a courier who we have approval to send these items with.

Aerosol items can be shipped to the following countries only; United Kingdom (Including Isle of Man & Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, (mainland) Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, (mainland) Spain and Sweden.
