Shipping FAQ
By purchasing spray paint on this website, you are agreeing to being over 18 years of age and not committing any unlawful acts as put forth by your state.
Do you ship same day?
Except for rare circumstances, if you complete an order before 1pm CST on a business day and it is shipping within the continental United States or Canada, we will ship your order that same day. If you order on a weekend or are shipping outside the continental US or Canada, your order will ship on the following Monday.
When will my order get here?
Most order will arrive in 2-5 business days. All orders will be updated with tracking information when shipped so you can follow along with its progress to you. Depending on you’re your ordered and what shipping method you chose, and where the order is shipping to, your order may arrive all at once or in split shipments. Split shipments will occur when products, such as spray paint, are restricted by federal and international regulations.
- Aerosol products are regulated and must ship with GROUND or SURFACE ONLY service.
- If your order does not include spray paint or artwork, you will have the power to choose what shipping method you desire and it will specify shipping times upon your selection.

Your tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your package is places in the mail and will be accessible when logged into your personal account.
Can you ship to a different address?
Yes. While checking out please use the address you would like the order to be shipped to as the “Shipping Address” and use the appropriate “Billing Address” as it applies to your payment method. Just before confirming payment in the PayPal portal, you will have the opportunity to make sure you have the correct Shipping Address entered. If you need to change a shipping address, please give us a call at (512) 524-1069 and we will be happy to modify it for you if it has not shipped. Note that this may increase the shipping costs, however. Additional costs will can be address and remedied during the same phone call. Note: we can not ship to a PO BOX. Call us if you need to change your shipping address from a PO BOX to a physical address.
What’s the difference between a Shipping address and a Billing address?
Your billing address is the address registered to your bank account or credit card. It is needed to validate your credit or debit card.
Your shipping address is the address where you want your package sent to. If it is the same address, you are set. If you want to your package shipped to a different address, you can change it during the payment process.
What do I do if I have not received my order or part of it is missing/incorrect/damaged?
Please call (512) 524-1069 with any order inquiries.
If it has been over 8 business days, and you have not yet received your order please, call us immediately. International orders take around 1 to 2 weeks to deliver. If you haven’t received your item within this time frame, please contact us right away.
If you are missing items from your order, check your order’s tracking number to make sure parts of it are not still on the way!
If any items are damaged upon arrival, just snap a photo of the damaged order and email it to us at thesupplyshop@spratx.com, and we will be happy to replace the items and take it up with the carrier.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to order?
No. We use PayPal as our payment processor to ensure secure payment. If you have an account, you are welcome to us it by signing in when you are taken to Paypal. If you do not have an account, just click “continue without signing in” and continue the payment process.
I prefer not to put my credit card information online. Can I pay over the phone?
Most definitely! We understand the need to protect your information and are here to accommodate. Just give us a call at (512) 524-1069 and we can process the order over the phone for you.

I live outside the United States and was charged an additional customs fee? What is that for?
A brokerage or additional handling fee may be applied to shipments upon arrival depending on shipping address.
